Principles

We know that children are impacted for the rest of their lives by the examples they receive. Therefore, it is important to provide valuable, positive examples. We are well aware of this. We are also aware of the child in ourselves. Therefore, everyone who works here has full days exploring, learning and playing.

Together we share common values and principles in everything we do. Both in dealing with each other and with the children. We create a warm, familiar environment where children can feel at home. Where they feel that they are supported and taken seriously, where they experience security and where they may express themselves in their own way. We allow any child, small and big, to dream and experience the magic of life.

Our principles
Small scale. We deliberately choose to work small scale. This creates room for more peace and more personal attention. And more time and space to work in a secure and trusted environment for the children. First baby steps, then leaps. This enables us to grow, we grow.

Honesty is purifying. By being honest in everything we do, we remain pure. Being honest to ourselves and therefore outwardly, creates a fair world. Honest love. In an honest way, and from love, we communicate with each other and with the children. We tell what we observe and listen and watch what the children tell us.

Conscious is the key to growth and development. By being conscious of our desires and experiences, we know ourselves better. We become who we really are. Also, we are aware of our surroundings, nature and the environment. Here we are also aware of being a role model to the children.
